The facility is spacious and provides a nice option for indoor recreation during the winter months. It features a large swimming pool, a couple of water slides, and even a trampoline area, making it a fun place for families and children to spend time. That said, I wasn't overly impressed with the overall experience. My biggest concern was that visitors were allowed to walk into the pool area wearing street shoes. It didn't seem very hygienic, as dirt and debris from outside can easily be tracked into the pool deck and surrounding areas. Overall, it's a decent place to visit, especially during colder weather, but I think improving cleanliness policies would make the experience much better.

Our family had an amazing time at The Water Works Indoor Water Park! Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfect for kids. The slides and splash areas kept my children entertained for hours, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome and safe. It was a fun-filled day, and we can't wait to come back!

Not overly excited about this place but it is pretty spacious and open during the winter season offering a large swimming pool and a couple of slides and a trampoline. I did not like the idea of letting people come in the swimming area in street shoes. That dirt is carried straight into the water.

My family came here yesterday on one of the hottest days of the summer. I was honestly shocked by how lowkey it was. I didn’t know what to expect, but I assumed it would be packed with people trying to escape the heat and stay inside. To my surprise, it wasn’t crowded at all. We had an absolute blast. Being able to hop on the water slides without long lines or frustration made the day so much more enjoyable for my 6-year-old. The water is warm, which WE absolutely LOVED. We went on slide after slide with no wait. It was nonstop fun. We stayed for 3 hours and probably could have stayed even longer. What impressed me most were the lifeguards. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. They were incredibly attentive, constantly walking up and down the pool areas without stopping. The level of training and dedication these young lifeguards show is outstanding. Way to go. I highly recommend this place.

Well, We came and the pool water is amazing for all family, it’s a little bit warm but it’s ok, the pool is perfect for kids, younger and adults. We love everything…. Ah inside de water park have Jacuzzi (Plus). Always Lifeguard was looking and avoiding some problems.. Safe.
